Good purchase! I am interested to see your shots with that lens.
Here, a shot with older 55 f/4 on 67II (T-max 400, T-max+R dev.)

Nice shot. Were is that Provence or Abruzzio?

Cheers,

luc

Jason are you crazy, do not say that it is with the not so old 55/4 people will start noticing all kind of defect at 5 mm from the top left corner and notice that if you had taken this shot with a 645D it would be a technically not so-sharp shot on the center median out of the peripheral axis of the lens notwithstanding the southeasterly predominant wind on that day instead of a nice shot. Mind you missing a sea croc on the beach so not really Ozzie.

Sorry guys could not resist a little bit of a pun all in good fun.

Cheers,

Luc

About the only part you got wrong is that the wind is predominantly southwest in this location!
Seriouslly, I am pretty happy with the lens. There's tons of detail in this shot when I look at it closely, and it was just taken handheld with the WLF. 120 film rocks

And then we will have someone other than Tuco posting B&W 67 images in this thread
Hey, there are plenty of other people posting 6x7 BW besides me. And half of my posts are 6x6. So let's not forget their most excellent contributions.

I'll be posting 6x7 b/w soon enough, picked up a super 23 last night, but think it will need a CLA before it's working properly

Went out to put a test roll through my new Rolleiflex. I didn't have a meter with me, so I had to use sunny 16. I'm not happy that I forgot to center the hand rail on this shot, but I was glad that the Rollei could at least put an image to film. I really like the camera and the lens is very sharp; exceeds my scanner by quite a bit. I've regretted selling my Bronica RF645 for too long, so it's nice to have a medium format camera that doesn't have to be constantly attached to a tripod again.

Rolleiflex 2.8D, TMY-2, Divided Pyrocat MC

What would a new camera purchase be without a selfie to kill some film? My first shot from the camera.

Looks like a winner of a lens Jason.

@Luc, congrats on your 67 purchase.

Speaking of 6x7 B&W, I shot a roll of Tri-X with my 67 last weekend while playing around with off camera lighting using the leaf shutter on my 90/2.8 LS and an old Minolta Auto 280 flash.

Here's my favourite,
cropped from the original.

Developed in Diafine.

I posted this plus another in the Critique section, so if you have anything bad to say about it go there

That's a beautiful portrait. I love the delicate tonality.

Thanks, I really love it. I'd also like to get a nice baby and 3.5. A wide and a telli would be nice too, but I'd prefer to stay married!

Thanks.

The portrait looks great could sign of things to come except that i do not know anything about flash and nobody around would really model for me

I really like TriX and Diafine. Not fancy but does the job and well.

Cheers,

Luc

Nice to see some P6x7 enthusiasm... Congrats on new acquisitions.

Here's one with a P67II with 135/4 Macro Takumar wide open, medical clinic lab while awaiting a blood test...

And this might be of interest... with a 645NII and 105/2.4 with adapter, I think around f/2.8

I shoot a lot less B&W than color, so it took some poking around to dig this one up. P6x7, older 55/4, XP2; something apparently emerging from the depths of Lake Kachess in the Washington Cascades...

I think it's just fine. Good use of DIY light gear.
