I generally use Rodinal for Acros as well, but at 1:50. I'm curious, though, whether it is the scan or my screen, but the sky seems to have a lot more grain in it than I am used to seeing from Acros in Rodinal on medium format. From my experience, in a scan of a medium format negative reduced for posting here, it would be much harder to see grain.
