All shot with 645N + A 75mm + Kodak Ektar. If you get your film developed by some shop, are they supposed to do prints on 4x6? I got some stuff cut out of one of my images that sort of upset me ... I realize that scanning + editing is a lot more time consuming than ordering CDs even if it is a good deal more expensive.

Thanks. Shot the same day as I did that lighthouse at Fort Casey State Park in color. Only now finished that roll of film when I did the baseball game. That is the Strait of Juan De Fuca out there just in case.

Forgot that the long axis of the 4x5 sheet is less than 17cm. You would have to have a 5x7 camera to go 6x17. 6x12, however is do-able with your Chamonix with a roll-film holder ($$$ for the holder). Cost for 6x12 would probably be somewhat less per frame if using 120 rather than 4x5 for B&W and significantly less for 120 if you were shooting Ektar 100.

DAMN nice shot, the long time exposure is just right, the buildings and their reflections are delicious. AND it's all done with 120 film! Bravo

It was a 30 second single exposure, using ND filters and CPL.

Photo #2 and #3 of my large format career
Not very succesful so far out of 6 screw-up 4 for unknown reasons, one out of focus (which actually OK from an ambience point of view) and one acceptable.


I confirmed two theories:

1. cannot take large format photos with a dog and a wife waiting
2. if it not staying permanently in your bag, you will forget to take it - the meter in that case (so now I have al old Pilot in a pocket of that bag ad vitam)
