what pan software did you use?
Just the photomerge option in PS CS4. I believe I ended up using the 'collage' setting.

Took a stroll in London before meeting a friend of mine on my way back from Lincolnshire.

i started off in Covent Garden:

Pentax 645D FA 33 - 55 at f/11 and 33mm 1/30 ISO 400

then made my way down toward St Paul's Cathedral, and found the high contrast appealing:

An old red bus:

Pentax 645D FA 33- 55 at f/19 and 43mm 1/125 ISO 200

The other archetypal London thing: the black cab

Pentax 645D FA 33 - 55mm at 55mm and f/11 1/250 ISO 200

and in black and white:

Another shot with dark clouds hanging over St Paul's

Pentax 645D FA 33 - 55 at f/11 and 45mm 1/200 ISO 200

in black and white:

Thanks DandA. The bear came over shortly after this frame and inspected the lens with her muddy paws. I was far away by then...........
Great shot! I might have stayed to defend my position with that set up!

Friday was a truly fantastic afternoon for constrasty photographs with bright sunshine but plenty of clouds. I've had to do a fair bit of work correcting as much of the perspective distortion here as this was as far back as I could get to take the photograph. I really like the black and white version but the colour also works well:

Pentax 645D FA 33 - 55 at 33mm f/16 1/100 ISO 100:

in black and white, converted in Silver Efex Pro 2

I haven't posted any images here for awhile......so here's one taken with my P67II and the recently acquired SMCP 35mm fisheye lens. Velvia 100, lab scan.

Hi Zygonyx. Re whether it is 180 degrees wide, well that's what the specs say, so I have no reason to doubt it. The image I posted was cropped a bit on both sides.

I took a stroll down to the seafront close to where I live around sunset. the sunset itself was hidden by The Gower Peninsula, but stopped by what I call the squiggle. This is a multiple shot combined in Photomatix and then adjusted.

Pentax 645D FA 33 - 55 at f/16 and 33mm ISO 100

Sunset Storm Gunlock Wilderness Area, Utah

Here's a shot taken a few days ago just ahead of the first of our summer monsoons in the southwest. This was taken just past sunset. Some brilliant sunlight was still hitting a cloud, causing a glow that illuminated the immediate area. That said, it still required a half second exposure @F16, 35mm lens, 645D. Four vertical frames stitched, extensive post in LR4 (shadows/highlights/gradient filter) and dodging/burning, stitching in CS6. No HDR involved.
