Spent some time in Young-Wo in the Eastern part of the Republc of Korea (South) and took a trip to the top of a mountain at night to see the view of the stars from the observatory. No chance of star trails as the full moon is fully out, so decided to use the light of the moon to make the best of the magnificent scenery in front of me.

A Panoramic from a balcony at the entrance to the observatory

Mountain Shower

This location is near Red River, New Mexico. Our family normally visits every summer for relief from the heat and for the outdoor activities especially fishing for the younger ones.

Beautiful panorama itshimitis, would love to visit those black mountains someday!

Two shots from a roll of Velvia 50 that expired in 1995, I had it developed and the first thing I noticed was a strange pattern of white spots. Not sure if that is from the lab or just the vintage of the film showing!? The colours were much warmer than normal too.

There is a huge harley Davidson meeting in Kärnten at the moment attracting 250,000 bikers on more than 100,000 harleys. Outside our hotel, about 50 were parked up. Before leaving for Vienna I grabbed a shot of one or two of them:

Pentax 645D FA 35 at f/8 1/80 ISO 250

About 200km of a 350km journey were done so we stopped for a drink and the rolling hills south of Vienna greeted us:

I took a late night stroll through Vienna last night with my new Benro lightweight tripod. Vienna is a great city with so much great architecture.

Vienna Volkstheater:

Thanks kenafein, I just finished another roll of velvia that has the same expiration date and that was much cleaner:
