I'm sure you will love the P67 300mm EDIF lens, but it does require a sturdy tripod and head. I use it on a Berlebach wooden tripod with a heavy duty Bogen head.

Here's a 100% crop.

It is a good lens. I really like mine. In my experience, it's best to avoid shutter speeds around 1/15-1/60 when using a Pentax 6x7. A sturdy tripod for sure and support the body as well for good measure. I also put a mono pod on the body with some weight on top of the camera.

Pentax 67II and Ilford Pan-F (still one of my favorite films), lab scan. I don't recall which lens I used for this shot, although I think it may have been the 55mm f4 (latest version).I need to keep better records when shooting film.

Unfortunately all of my Pentax MF cameras got left back in Tokyo while i'm in the US for 6 months. I only had room for two rangefinders, the New Mamiya 6 and the Fuji GF670. The other day I took the Mamiya 6 for a walk thru the Garden of the Gods here in Colorado Springs with the 50/4 lens on Tri-X 400

We visited some friends in Bilbao a few weeks ago. This was the first trip for which I dared to leave the DSLR at home and take only film cameras. I took the 645 with Portra 400 and the Oly Mju, but I haven't finished the roll in the Mju yet, I didn't use it much anyway. All of these were scanned on the Epson V500.
