I have a roll from my 67 and a roll from my Bronica out for processing, but for now I can only share a recent image taken with the lowly Lomo Belair

Interesting...you put the format of the Belair to good use. How do you like it overall?

Thanks.
The Belair is an interesting camera. It is quirky and problematic. Many of them (AFAIK) have problems focusing to infinity, there is no pressure plate, there's no proper mechanism to maintain film tightness on the take-up spool.
In many ways they are way too expensive for what you get.
All that said, I love mine and really enjoy shooting with it.

Thanks, you guys. We had snow boots but it was only that deep at the lake.

A 7 day backpacking trip along the coast in the Olympic Nat. Park. One way we avoided the crowds was to hike in the winter when hardly anyone was around.

Nice shot Tuco.

In 1973 I backpacked from lake Quinault 13 miles to the base of Mount Anderson with a group of 12. There is a 3 story log building there in a meadow. Part of the main floor is a ranger station, the rest is available for backpackers to stay overnight.

We took over a spot on the top floor, fixed dinner, and then took turns getting a massage from 11 pairs of hands.

Loving my new 6x7, along with my only lens the 45mm--the 15mm Limited of the 6x7 line!

Anyway, my appetite has only been whetted for another lens or two. I'm loving the process of using this camera. The larger size, waist-level viewing, lack of meter, and 10-shot rolls of film sharpen my photographic senses, I think. Not that I've become a better photographer, but I really have to commit to a shot before I trip that shutter. Anyway, you all here on this thread know these things. Time for some sharing. My digitizing process is very crude at the moment, so pardon any rough edges, so to speak...

Using the analog photographic process is like living in the country. As you drive away from the city, the traffic diminishes. The road changes from 4 lanes to 2, then to gravel.

As you get out of the car you notice how quiet it is. You hear the birds, the water in the nearby river.

Everything slows down and becomes deliberate.

Very much like analog photography.

I recently picked up a Cambo 4x5 camera. Still learning the process, how to "make" a photograph. Although it is a much more simple collection of equipment, i.e. no overwhelming collection of buttons, dials and menus, one must concentrate and completely focus on composition, exposure, etc.

And remember to close the shutter before removing the dark slide!

Yep, that has nailed me on more than one occasion. You can make a list of 101 ways to mess up a LF picture, no doubt.

yeah, too well, to the degree that I've only taken a few shots on my first roll with my first MF camera (TLR) that I got in late December! ugh lol. I hope I finish the roll before I die.
