itshimitis, you're posting some terrific shots with the 28-45. Just curious about your impressions of that lens. I'm taking the 645z plunge at the end of the year and was considering this lens to pair with it.
I'll echo this. Always enjoy your twilight and night shots. One of the cathedral shots has "reverse perspective". Was that intentional, or if not how did it happen. And we are all interested in your impressions of the lens, and its supposed "delicacy".

The cathedral's perspective is likely to be off as Lightroom doesn't yet have this lens in its database plus I'm not the best person at manual correction of perspective.

The lens is superb and well built. Its sharper at the corners than the 25 and less distortion and much less CA. I did find the SR useful in the cathedral and will be useful where you can't use a tripod. For general landscape work I'm not sure I see the need. It is great however to be able to use filters with this lens, just need to find an 82mm adaptor ring for my Lee system.

the sky looked promising yesterday evening, but it fizzled out before any color could develop.
At least I got to lie on the shore with a few hundred hungry mosquitoes.

Lovely, very Vermeer with the light and composition, even though he didn't do nudes...
