Having read about 60 pages of this thread, I was inspired to get outside and take the 645N. All with 75mm/f2.8, FujiPro 400H, Unicolor presskit and X1 scans.

It's been a long time since I have been here - I believe I joined up several years ago but never participated. My circumstances are currently rather odd—I find myself off work for ~8 months whilst I undergo chemotherapy for CLL. I generally feel pretty good, but my immunity has been hammered so I have to keep to myself and avoid other people as much as I can! I decided at the outset that this would be a great opportunity for me to get out and walk (the TransCanada Trail borders the back of my property, so I have a direct path to Newfoundland if I turn right, or British Columbia by doing the other thing) and take photographs. I tend to be a bit of a slut when it comes to cameras, but some are Pentaxes (K1000, ME Super, MX, SF1, SF10 and the 645N). When I get back to work in the spring and start to earn again I'm toying with the idea of using my 645 lenses on a 645Z. We'll see. Here are some of the things I did with the 645 in the last few months:

A lonely soccer ball on the trail:

Pentax 645N, 75mm/f2.8, Fuji Pro 400H, Unicolor presskit, Hasselblad X1 scan, B&W conversion in LR.

Beaver pond:

Pentax 645N, 45mm/F2.8, Fuji Pro 400H, Unicolor presskit, Hasselblad X1 scan.

Cape John:

Pentax 645n, 45mm/f2.8, Portra 400, Unicolor presskit, Hasselblad X1 scan.

Pippa:

Pentax 645n, 120/f4, XP2, Rodinal stand, Nikon 9000 scan.

Unfortunately, it's getting a bit cold for going out now, and my exercise tolerance is falling as I go along through this treatment, but I'll try to do some more.

Chris
Some very nice work. All the best with your treatment.

Here's a favourite of mine from the roll of Portra 160NC I scanned earlier today. Taken with my Yashica Mat 124G.

Out with the Hasselblad 500c today (I'm hoping the thread is still agnostic about camera brands?). 80/f2.8, XP2 @200, Rodinal 1:100 for one hour, X1 scans:

Beautiful Sunset yesterday afternoon here in Port Macquarie, NSW.
I was driving home from some shopping when I noticed the glow on the Horizon, I raced to the closest vantage point possible and grabbed this shot before the light faded.

Pentax 645Z + DA25mm

Thanks, Tom

I haven't posted much here but thought I'd show a just finished shot from this past fall. Pentax 645D, 120mm A. Shot 6 horizontal images to stitch, but didn't use the far right one, and I cropped off a large portion from the left side, so more like a 4 image stitch.

Love the colors and flow of the composition.

Ben, this is a gorgeous image that just cries out to be printed on high gloss aluminum.

Phew! Finished 429 pages at 1am today. Wonderful pictures from all, but I'm still finding that the film images 'speak to me' more than the digital—which are themselves, wonderful. I'm not sure why this is. Perhaps I love the imperfection of film because I'm imperfect myself!

Anyway, there's wet, sloppy snow falling today, so I don't think I'm going to go out. Here's a portrait of a lady I have worked with this last 29 years, the only portrait I have done on 6x9 that I consider respectable. Fuji GW690III, HP5+ @800, Diafine, X1 scan:
