Excellent! - pastels make a nice alternative the fashionable saturated look......

I would have thought a 35, 55sdm, fa75 and 120 should be enough lenses for anyone... so why oh why am I watching 67 105s and fa150s on EvilBay?

I just bought an SMC A ED IF 300f4 645 lens from KEH today, because I needed to spend $149 for free international shipping (and the P67 55f4 lens hood and a 'Blad B60 hood just wouldn't cut it...). That got me over the line and then some! It's not the FA lens though so it was under $400 and much reduced.

Nice, I had my eye on that but I'm still broke. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with it!

Looks great! So you like the 1.4x TC? Ever used the 2x? I know in general 2x is considered too much to be very good but I thought I'd give it a try. I've seen reviews ranging from garbage to stellar so I thought I'd roll the dice. It should come in a few days.

Never tried the 2x, but the 1.4x I have is quite good. Let us know and post some samples!

Lovely study of the female form. A nice change of pace from all the landscape shots.
