The light that evening was great, so it was a good starting point. The first one I posted had almost no inherent colour due to the angle of the sun, therefore it was a good candidate for a mono conversion. I find Silver Efex Pro very satisfying and rarely have to tweak the recipes for my own use, simply choosing one or other of them.
I do like the P67 200. I had the P645 version for a while but didn't use it much and so sold it on. I think the P67 has somewhat higher resolution and contrast but I'm really not a good critical judge of lenses! I rely heavily on the great synopses posted in the reference area of this forum.
Ristretto - very nice images! I took similar ones in a harbour in Ireland, however there was more movement of the boats and the effect was not as subtle as yours, therefore not as effective.
