645D with 80-160mm

A few portraiture efforts with 645D and Pentax-FA 645 80-160mm f 4.5. The 80-160 is brutally sharp, too much so for portraiture, so these have been softened in post.

We did a staged shoot with this guy who models for the client I was working with (clothing company) last weekend.
Our shoot was him "rescuing" a young lady with a flat tire on a remote road. It was steadily raining and we made him "change" the tire (take the wheel off and put it back on) twice. It was a good session despite challenging weather. This particular shot has been popular with the ladies.

Thanks Susan - haven't seen you here in a while, or have I not been looking in the right places? (typical male observational skills!)

I picked up a camera a few weeks ago that I've been wanting for a long time, a Fuji G690BL. I've only ran a 2 rolls through it so far, but I an REALLY liking what I am getting out of it.

This was shot with the stock 100mm F3.5 lens wide open. I am shooting on Acros 100 developed in Pyrocat MC.

Pentax 645N II ,Pentax smc FA 45mm f/2.8,Ilford XP2 Super 400 @ 320
Epson Perfection V550 Scanner

This lens is putting smiles on my face and the size seems well proportioned to the camera.

Great shot with the 645NII and 45mm. I have the 45A and 45FA, but have not used them very much because they do not get much love from the reviewers. I think I better throw it on the 645 D and give it a workout.

I've had good results from my A 45, on film and the D. Best value in 645 lenses, I think!
