The more of your photography I see, the more I respect it. That image rewards long looking. Seemingly not much there, like an Agnes Martin....

I was let loose on some food photography (not the styling) for my other half's magazine. She is the editor of a Vegan Food and lifestyle magazine. I didn't have a say over styling only minor rearrangements. This isn't my usual area of photographic endeavour. I kind of enjoyed the experience, but would now like to have more control over styling (once or twice a year perhaps) and advanced warning so that lighting might be more controlled. The theme is canapes for Christmas parties as a Vegan. All with the Z and 90mm macro.

P.S. I had duck for my dinner tonight.

Well done, on the fly. On the duck, as well ;-} An excellent choice after shooting a bunch of vegan food, tasty though it probably was.
I am now doing a lot of professional work "on the fly", museum installation photography, prior to complete installation, and time compressed. It's harder than it looks. So kudos to you.

Thanks! It was another clear night tonight where the main attraction is light and foliage.

Here's one I shot in mid summer working for Cinch Jeans. The images are starting to make their way out in campaigns.
I believe this was a 645D and A 35 shot and it looks like they did some processing on it.

Edit to add one more from their Instagram account. I think I like this one better. Same setup as above.
