Assault camera

Here is my version of the assault camera. This the Pentax K-7 with Pentacon 500 f 5.6. The Pentax-FA* 85mm f 1.4 and Pentax-FA 43mm f 1.9 are also shown for perspective. I would have shown it with the Pentax 67 or one of the 645s except that I only have this monster lens in m42 mount, and no way to connect it to the larger cameras where it might have appeared even more ominous. Weight is a little less than 10 pounds, almost the same as the M1 rifle I carried during my period of enlistment in the U.S. Army back in the 1960s.
