The lake is getting smaller. This would normally be all lake and no river here. Of course this is what it would have looked more like before Blue Mesa dam.

Couple of telephoto shots

I really like the Pentax-FA* 645 300mm f 4.0, but have not used it much except for winter bird shots. I am planning to use it more, so here are a couple of trial shots taken on our place in the country.

90mm views

I really like the D FA 90mm. When I use the FA* 300mm, the FA 120mm, or the D FA 90mm, I have the feeling that the lenses are able to capture the best the Z can offer, but when the shots are no good, it is hard to blame the equipment. Sometimes I think I should move out west to the Rockies to find better landscape opportunities. Until that happens, here are a couple from around our house and gardens.

It's been a long time since I've developed color. Here is trying to get back into it.

The Delphinus, one of the Ocean City, MD fishing fleet. Could use a bit of TLC.

Testing a recent acquisition purchased at a yard sale, a Mamiya M645 with waist viewfinder and a Sekor C 80/2.8. Here a first few efforts using an old Réalt hand-held light meter with Fomapan 100 home developed in Caffenol CH. Scans via Epson V600 and minor tweaks in Lr4. A lot of fun, but I need to practice more here ... all taken at Montmorillon, France. (xpost from B&W film thread)
