From the garden

From the garden with the 645Z and Pentax 67 200mm f 4.0, nice sharp lens with great rendering.

Thanks Ed, This is taken from here - Google Maps

Its sorter of in a suburb called Kew, but also on the border of Collingwood, bother inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne

There a nice little hill with a seat you can just sit there, makes for great sunset photos also, though this was taken early morning

I plan to head back there in the coming weeks and do a 8-10 shot panao to get ‘hopefully’ more detail in the city buildings…

Thank you, sir! I will look this location up when I am next in Melbourne (probably January).

Anytime, its a short drive from the CBD, only about 5-10mins. In fact pending weather, I plan heading up ther tomorrow morning....

I want a test a Pano with both the 645z with 80-160mm and my K-70 with 55-300 PLM, to see how they each fair..

Great photo as usual, and also great to see something from the 25mm. One question, however--what is coming down from the sky to create those elogated white artifacts, rain?

There is an interesting article on a project called This Empty World by Nick Brandt, who usually uses 6x7, who did the project using a few Z's. H was shooting at ISO 12,500 and underexposing by a full stop. It looks tremendous in the Amateur Photographer magazine... The book is calle This Empty World and he is doing an exhibition also: Nick Brandt: Photography
Hi Itshimitis- curious to see the images using the Z, and high ISO....do you know which ones? Thks & Rgds
