Toledo's very picturesque in general but this is really nice. Did you get to Segovia at all? I'm sure you could work wonders there.

Shaggy mane cluster

I came across this cluster of shaggy manes while walking through the autumn woods. 645Z with A 120 macro.

I really like the end product of the image. This is a image with a demanding presence. Nicely done.

I don't shoot medium format, but I do check in on this thread regularly and besides the enjoyment of viewing the wonderful photos I find them truly inspirational. I'm grateful you've all chosen to post your images here.

Thanks! It helps that I was driving myself around, and I stayed the night at the foot of the Castle. THOUSANDS of people come in for the day, take the bus in, and leave in the afternoon.

Its a magical place after 6pm, and before 10am.
