Yes, the Oregon wildfires. This was a store along the highway on the first day they opened it up for travel. I've been waiting to shoot up another roll of FP4 before developing it (I like to do 2 at a time). Note the trees in the pictures. In this area, it was a 'flash' fire. It came sweeping through real fast without burning many of the trees completely. And something really strange was what looked like the random nature of the fire too. You would constantly see homes right next to each other with one untouched by fire and the other completely gone.

While the devastation and lose is sad, the images are stunning in b&w. Nice work!
