Focusrite your images are amazing. They have a beautiful and natural look. How do you decide if you will shoot the Fuji or Credo?

Mandalay District, Myanmar 2011
Foreground: the hills of Sagaing; center: the Irrawaddy River; in the distance, on the left, in the haze of heat and pollution, there is Mandalay which, with Yangoon, is one of the cultural and economic centers of the country.

Thanks

Both cameras usually go with me in one (rather heavy) backpack. The GFX was initially intended as my back-up for when I needed higher ISOs (the Credo is not good at anything over ISO100), but I have become rather obsessed with the 2:1 format and the shift adapter that I use with my Pentax 645 lenses gives me nearly exactly that, so I find that I am using it a lot.

I do prefer the files from the Credo, but sunrise/sunset colours can be tricky with it, so at the moment I am favouring the GFX; especially for sunrises when the Credo can be difficult to work with. Any shutter speed over 1 second and the Credo has to take a dark frame of equal time. It is incredibly frustrating to take a 25 second exposure and have to wait another 25 seconds just to find out that you messed up the exposure or the focusing. Sunsets are better as if I find a spot I like I can set up, compose and focus in better light before it gets too dark.

If I can compose neatly with 4:3 ratio and work with the shutter speeds? Credo all the way! GFX for everything else.
