Yeah, digital touch up is a must do. I can't imagine posting straight scans if only for dust. I normally just do a little level touch up on my other shots (my scanner gives a reddish cast to color film) in addition to some sharpening.
I have the filters but it just didn't hit me which filter would help in this scene. Color would be nice, but that was not what was in the 645 at the time. I'm starting to wonder whether in the age of scanning, color converted to B&W in Photoshop might not be as good or better an option than chromogenic B&W.
This is not my week for filters. I posted on another part of the forum about trying both yellow and red filters to darken a sky with Fuji Acros in Rodinal, and neither worked as expected. It is part of getting to know some new films.
