I just bought a whole new Kit and my bag turned into a Tenba large rolling case ,and I use a mid size Tenba shoulder bag for quick trips with one body and maybe 2 lenses

Ghost-
As of the end of January I retired kinda-A job Injury put me on disability I ruptured my PCL ligiment last august-so I splurged and spent some of my settlement money and cleared out my wishlist at B&H.I am hoping to make a small studio at home and do a few senior pictures and things more to keep busy than to make money.

my bag

So,
as I promised before, here is my bag:
LowePro Sling shot 100AW

with:
K10D + D-BG2
FA31ltd, DA40ltd, F50/1.7, Sigma 10-20, Sigma 105, Hood with set of step up rings to fit 40,50,105

PS: for those who wonder, DA40 and F50 are stacked with 40 being in leather case. And the 105 next to them is usually in 31ltd leather bag...

I didn't think it was physically possible to fit a K10 with a grip in a 100.

Here are my bags and gear posted over the next few days in phases just to prolong your agony:

Typical first slr camera as I carried in the 1980's:

@Nowhere Matt: I've got one of those Vivitar 2800s for my K1000 too. Must have taken thousands of yearbook photos with it in highschool. If that's an M50/2 then our film kits are almost identical.

I'll see if I can get a picture of my Lowepro Slingshot in this weekend. Nothing too exciting, I just rotated all of the pouches 90 degrees from their stock orientation so that I can access everything through the zipper on the side. Usually I carry 4 lenses (one on the body with grip mounted to it) plus a vivitar 285 in the main pouch and either 1 more lens, an extra flash or a film body in the top pouch with extra batteries and diffusers.

Tamrac vs Lowepro

Alright so i've recently aquired a second bag. My "old" one is a lowepro flipside 300. Love it for hiking/biking/be a hippie etc. Anyway, bought the Tamrac for a Florida vacation coming up soon. (think it may be a tad large, but i'll be happy when I get bigger lenses.)

Lowepro

Tamrac

Nothing exciting, but wonder what config options I have to fill up the Tamrac. It's a tad tall. Could I just stuff TP in there or something? Really don't want that Tammy banging around

Cheers

Travis

you can indeed. 100AW is very versatile bag...
another 2 options of my way of packing it is to put Tamron 70-300 + K100 instead of the K10, and the compartment that holds 105, 40, 50 in my pic above is capable of taking K100D + DA40ltd mounted which enables me to carry 2 bodies with mounted lenses!

My only complaint is, I don't know how much longer will my right shoulder withstand this punishment (I carry my shoulder bag to work on right shoulder too)

Quick poll. Are there two images seen in my post above? McAffe blocks one of them from me for some reason.

I had (still have) the M 50mm f2 and the A 50mm f2 from my three K1000's but I am sure the A came with my first. I still love using that A with my K10. The 70-210mm pictured was the second lens I bought for my first K1000 but it does not see much action these days.

Let's move to my first program slr and into the 1990's:
