Profile says you're 28.

I suppose it is safe to assume you also falsely misrepresented the other two photos in that post as being your own. Anybody who could take a shot as good as that second one wouldn't lower himself to engage in the chicanery involved in the first one, which to me is sufficient argument that you stole that one as well.

I've been wondering about Pumalite. This shot seems to show a dot screen. It's certainly not a scan of a photographic print. Lost the original, Pumalite?

Javier, I respectfully disagree with you. This is not a small matter that should be quietly shoved under the carpet. We're talking about alleged theft, and, by association, a shadow cast on all our efforts here on the forum. If Pumalite is John Shaw, let him come forward. If he isn't, he should be banned from the forum and his images removed.

Well; I'm 85. I know who I am, what I do and what I've done. You do whatever you want with your beliefs.

No that's fine and I am NOT condoning any sort of fraud or theft...What I am saying is that the person who brought up this charge and the person in question should have a mod sort it out. (Three people)...In no way am I defending Puma, I am trying to keep this ''wonderful'' thread civil....

Puma.
Rather than assume anything, let me ask...
Did you make those photographs in question?

Reala 100 - damn fine film - at ISO 64. Tweaked in Photoshop, converted to BW in Silver Efex Pro.

Damn fine 'print' too you made there. Photoshop really has cut both the learning curve and the time drain of darkroom work. While there are still some tactile things better done by hand in the darkroom, computerized image processing for me is a larger advance than digital photography.

That last one is adorable, him with his head all tucked in, holding a camera usually for people way beyond his age. The pointing really adds alot too, your eye follows the trail, sees the boy pointing and wanders off to the right. It 'works' very well.
Shame about the blown-out sky, but I guess there's not much you could've done about that.

Regarding the stolen (or not) doo-dad, maybe they both took a picture of the same thing, but not at the same time?

For a tiny change of pace, MF folding camera pics - these are all pre-war, uncoated lenses. The Franka Solida and the Certo Super Sport Dolly have pretty lousy lenses, but the Bessa 66 has a decent Skopar.

Franka (kodak plus-x)
