Thanks for appreciating my humor and the words of support. I probably should have left the film in the fixer a bit longer and could have gone another minute during developing stage, but for a first ever run at it I'm very pleased with the results. Here's a few "actual" film shots from the roll. All just snaps and A70-210/4 test shots with the Super Program, imported to LR2, grayscaled and auto-processed.

Thanks to both of you. I just "irradiated" the last of my BW400CN this evening so there'll be a fresh rolls of either Neopan or TMax in the SuperPROGRAM and PZ-1 to start the weekend off right.

I really like that under-the-pier shot, Javier. Maybe crop it up a little to bring more attention to the jumper but that's a really good sillouette and perfect timing on the capture.

Please indulge this intrusion of non Pentax stuff - these are two images from a circa 1938 Certo Super Sport Dolly 6x6 folding camera, fitted with a Ludwig-Dresden Victar triplet, the shutter has a max speed of 125! Not a high end camera for the time. Film is Ilford XP2, toning during the scan.

The Victar is an uncoated triplet, not as good as the Skopar in the Bessa 66 from the same period, but capable of a nice vintage effect.

I'd converted the Super Sport Dolly to pinhole for a while, then put the lens back on. I had to vacuum the bellows because I noticed dust on the film.

That's better. No interference from the jetty or the buildings behind, the running kids add interest too. You might want to crop off the far left and possibly far right though. Great shot!

Javier, I've noted in many of your film shots there's a halo effect - both close in and then a more diffuse one - in the above silouhette shots for example, look at the edge of the pilings on the left, or the jumper's arm for that matter. Is this Target doing it?
