Cash back offer UK

Has anyone had any luck with the cash back offer Pentax were urnning earlier this year? Despite applying in January I have yet to receive anything back. The phone number given on the web site just gives a welcome and then silence. There is no email to contact them and Pentax are not interested in helping.
Anyone any ideas or is this just a con?
Is Pentax service always as atrocious as this?

Hasn't the offer long-since expired? I haven't had any trouble with their rebates in the past, but they were always handled by a third party and did take the 6-8 weeks to process.

yes the offer did end months ago and I applied in January but still had nothing. After a lot of effort I did get a contact in France who is apparently dealing with it. I'll wait and see but will not be taking advantage of any future cash back offers.

Very disappointed with Pentax customer "service£

Tim, go back to the shop you bought from and ask the name and phone number of their Pentax REP, and take it from there
