I initially set out to have 2 lens kits, a travel kit (DA16-45, FA50, DA55-300) and then a more serious prime kit for day to day stuff.
I went on a long weekend trip to Budapest a few weeks ago and the K20 came along with a Super Tak 28, FA43 and FA77 (notice lack of specific travel kit ). The 77 came into its own in the national gallery, (dslrs allowed but no flash) and I swapped between it and the 43 every few hours.
Personally I find the biggest issue is putting on / taking off the rear caps while juggling the K20 and 2 lenses. The SuperTak only got a limited outing but I think that was mainly due to the glass competition it was up against and not the extra complication of the M42 adapter.
When I met up with a couple of the forum lads last Saturday for the 'Travelling Nifty Fifty', over the course of the day I used the following: A50 f1.7, Super Takumar 35 f3.5, K50 f1.2, Super Takumar 85 f1.9, K55 f1.8, DA*16-50 & FA43 f1.9. At least 3 of those changes were outside. Normally my camera sits with the 43 attached and I chop and change to suit where I am and what I think I may get pic wise.

And how do you juggle multiple bodies in practical usage?
