How do I get pictures I took without the scan disk card inserted?

Card in computer and use a file manager, or card in camera with USB cable.

Do you not have a manual?

Do you have a computer? All you need is a card reader. Many computers have them built in. If yours doesn't you can pick one up just about anywhere that sells computer stuff such as the local China-Mart. If you don't have a manual you can download one from the Pentax website.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but if there was no memory card inserted, then no pictures were taken. Or, more accurately, there was no way to save the pictures you took. The camera does not have an internal memory that saves photos, you must use a memory card.

Glad I wasn't the only one

If there is no card in the camera then the pictures taken we're saved, you have to have a card in the camera to save pictures, or quite honestly take pictures

Thanks for the help!
My small digital cameras have a little bit of internal memory, so if I forget to put my card i, I can at least take a few pictures. I will always make sure I have my card inserted.
Thanks again !!
