Okay, maybe a dumb question but......
I have an older Pentax AF16 flash unit that I used on my MX and K1000, Is this unit safe to use on my Pentax K-x? I am not sure of the trigger voltage and do not have any volt/amp meters anyway.
Anyone tried this flash?
I realize that it's has not much more power than the built in flash but would be handy to save on batteries in the camera!

I've used it; it should work just fine!
