Hi there,

I hope this is the right section of the site to post this, please move if it is, and sorry, I'm new to this site.

My name's Gareth and the mother in law, once a keen photographer, wants me to sell her old SLR Pentax camera. Now, I know nothing about photography, although I would love to get into it later in life, but I was wondering her much do these camera's usually sell for? I live in Birmingham, UK, and every shop I have been into say that they don't buy film cameras.

The camera is in good condition, it has a 55mm (I think) lense which says Miranda on it. There is also a Carl Zeiss lense which says Jena II on it and I think it is 24mm.

This thread isn't me trying to sell the camera, I'm trying to find out more about it, where I can sell it and how much it is worth?
