Is this the correct lens for my KX?

Thanks for your time.
I have seen a S/Hand Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 DG Macro with a PK K Mount
lens on Ebay and it is within my limited budget.

I am still finding my way with Digital (come from an ME Super) and would appreciate if the above lens will connect to my new Digital KX and be able to use the electronics/motor drive etc of this lens.

Thanks

Hi, it is compatible yes, although does not rate very highly.
See lense review section of this site:

I also believe that it is compatible. I read many reviews of consumer zooms here and elsewhere and the consensus was from most that had tried both the Sigma/Tamron versions and had also tried the Pentax 55-300 that they much preferred the 55-300, so that is what I chose. I have no experience with the Tamron or Sigma telezooms, but I really like the Pentax 55-300 (though it costs a little more).
