You should post some sample photos so that we can take a look. You should probably use a shutter speed of at least 1/500s for sports, however.

Could this be a diopter issue? The translation from Chinese to English makes it unclear...

although 1/200 may just not be a quick enough shutter speed for what you're shooting...

Quick comment: if Image Stabilisation (IS) is On, did you wait for IS confirmation ? The IS may take up to 1-2 s, and your shots could be blurred is you shoot before IS confirmation.

I have had excellent results using the Sports mode. It basically provides adjustments to speed up the shutter speed.
I'm sure it makes a difference if you are shooting indoors or outdoors...
At a recent outdoors soccer game where it was overcast but still somewhat bright, I was using the 55-300mm kit lens. Basically the Sports mode chose to shoot at 1/640 or faster. ISO was mostly 400 with some shots at 200 and some at 800. Aperture was mostly at 7.1 with many at 5.6 and a few at 8.
