K20D suddenly cannot shoot RAW

I always shoot in RAW as my default. Recently, though, the only way I can shoot RAW is in USER mode, and I have to press the RAW button to get it. In any other mode, the default is JPG, and pressing the RAW button does not even make a beep.

When I press the MENU button, the File Format option is grayed out and reading JPG.

Ideas?

Hi, any chance the memory card is almost full - not enough space to record a raw file?

Only thing I can think of right now.

There's room for 156 RAW files on the card when I'm in user mode. Tried another card where I had room for 400+.

If the camera is in "burst mode", RAW is locked out - only JPEG is available. Hopefully that's the issue!!

Not sure about K20 but on the K7 green mode disables RAW also

I think it does on All cameras. That was my first thought too.
