16:9 aspect ratio possible???

Hi everyone. With more and more digital frames entering living rooms, I am trying to change the aspect ratio on my "old" Optio A-20 form 4:3 to 16:9... I can't find how and am starting to think I can't. Any certainties out there???

I doubt it very much, but the manual will tell you if you can.

The native aspect ratio of any camera is determined by the size of the sensor. Photos can be cropped to any aspect ratio you desire.

I don't own one, but I just checked the specs of the A20. All the image sizes listed are 1.3333 (4:3), the standard picture-frame format. Some P&S's allow setting the aspect ratio to 1:1, 4:3, 3:2, 16:9, 2:1 and other formats. The A20 doesn't do such in-camera cropping. That's a task for PP. Shoop away!
