Yes, it will fit using an adaptor

Pentax : PentaxWebstore Mount Adapter K(35m m Screwmount to Bayonet)

Regarding 3rd party ones, search this forum for issues and solutions

Your Km I'm pretty sure has a KAF mount (which is a Bayonet) and as the previous poster said, that lens will fit but with a K to M42 adapter.

When buying an M42 to K-mount adapter, be careful. You can't go wrong with the genuine Pentax brand adapter.

There are third-party adapters that are less expensive. Some work, some don't. There are basically, two designs. The genuine Pentax and others like it, fit completely within the k-mount opening of your camera. These adapters add no additional thickness to the camera, and allow the lens to focus to infinity, as it should.

Then, there are other third party adapters that have a large flange that sits outside the lens mount opening, between the lens and the camera. This additional thickness prevents the lens from focusing to infinity, which is okay if you intend to use the lens only for macro or closeup work, but not for general use.

Third party, no infinity focus:

M42 Lens Adapter Ring for Pentax K mount K200D/K110D - eBay (item 170448540824 end time Jan-15-11 05:01:40 PST)

Third party, with infinity focus:

Pentax M42 42mm to PK K Mount Adapter Infinity focus - eBay (item 250638610334 end time Jan-19-11 10:54:03 PST)

Genuine Pentax adapter:

Some will argue that the only adapter worth using is the genuine Pentax unit. As I said, you can't go wrong with that one. I have a third party adapter that works just fine on my K10D, so some third party adapters will work. Some can be difficult to remove.
