I recently bought a 'Pentacon Prakicar 50mm f1.8' which was listed a 'K-mount for pentax'

It looks pretty similar and also won't mount... 14 down the drain...

The only references to Underground lenses I can find are Nikon or Olympus mounts. I don't think it's Nikon because it doesn't have the fork. It does have buttons on opposite sides of the lens which is indicative of Olympus. Maybe RioRico will be around, he knows those mounts better than I do.

This is actually an old Konica mount (hence the K).

Cheers.

It is probably a Praktica B mount. That lens was only made in M42 and Praktica B.

Sell it to someone with a Canon or EVIL.

Yep. Praktica-B mount it indeed is... Ta for the link... Very useful to know I have a useless item...

Have a broken 28mm f2.8 (blades)... Wonder if I can swap the mounts....

That's right, blame everything on me... Anyway, it's OM. Faithful readers may recall that I've documented how to easily modify OM and C/Y lenses for PK mounts. Those of you with un-wanted un-modified lenses, I'll take them off your hands, cheap.
