To get back on topic I did say "most conditions" - its a bit like the bashing the standard 18-50 kit lens was prone to - it meets a need at a price and does well - there are many better lenses out there.

Enjo what you have and don't let the fact that there are better lenses out there get in the way, is all I am saying.
