Pentax Flash 540-FGZ head Flopping around.

I have a light Sphere on mine. I would like not to worry about flopping around. Becomes a pain holding the flash head up. Anyone have a Cheap solution for this.
I was pondering a few ideas like a velcroing the head to the hinge.
Any ideas ?

The added weight isnt helping indeed, I believe some actually put playing card between the tilt of the head but the swivel remains a problem...
Did you maybe found a solution in the mean time?
