I think this is the problem:
It sounds like it's how he has the Ev value set up. He's saying he can't access 200:
You have to set it to the lowest Ev value (I forget what that it is, 1/3?), because if you have Expanded Sensitivity on and Highlight Correction off, your slowest ISO choice will be 100, but it will jump up to different ISOs based on the different Ev increments as you spin your ISO dial.
So he lost 200 because it's jumping past that based on the Ev. Or it's only going to right below that.
I forget which, and I stink at math.
