Video in Portrait Orientation?

I am a veteran photographer but I'm definitely a newcomer in terms of shooting video with a DSLR. I recently shot some video with my K-5 in portrait orientation. I have been unable to find a thread on this topic and I've not been able to figure out how to rotate it, if that is even possible. Appreciate any advice possible.

You can change orientation in any video editing software.
