wind control in macro?

what are some methods of controlling wind when doing macro? as most of you know, even a little wind makes things tough to get sharp... or when you guys use flash, does that "freeze" the subject and not have to worry so much with the wind?

thanks

The flash duration is of the order of thousandths of a second, and the lower power used, the shorter the duration. Even at 1/4 power, the flash is short enough to freeze the fastest of action so be assured and get a few shots to be convinced yourself.

It's not always practical but a reflector, especially stand mounted, can be used to provide wind break and has the side benefit of bouncing some light back onto the subject.
