lens hoods?

hi all,

can you please tell me what size lens hood fit a Pentex Dal 50-200 mm F4 - 5.6 ED
& a DAL 55-300mm F4- 5.8ED.

DAL 50-200 = 52mm thread. Lens Hood = PH-RBB52

DAL 55-300 = 58mm thread. Lens Hood = PH-RBG

Both are bayonet mounts.

There are cheaper alternatives than the original Pentax stock.

$32 - Original Pentax PH-RBB52 Lens Hood for DA 50-200mm Lens
$10 - Aftermarket 52mm Lens Hood for Pentax PH-RBB 52mm/smc DA 50-200mm Lens

So, be sure to look around and consider how much the Pentax label is worth to you.
