any recommendations Please?

Why don't you do a search, or simply go to the Flashes and Lighting Technique forum. This issue has been discussed multiple times.

I think a Metz 76 MZ5 will do

What I'm actually trying to say is that you will not always get useful answers if you don't specify a budget

I've got a Metz 48 AF-1 it's about 2 years old but has worked near flawlessly for me on the Pentax K200 and Kr.
You can pick up a METZ 50 AF-1 at Amazon for $225.
