DA16-45mm F4 infinity focus

I just received a lens from BBear ( wouldn't recommend buying from him. ) and I've noticed that it wont focus to infinity at the wide end. I've read some threads and they said that it might be a back focusing/front focusing issue.
Problem is, I've changed it to MF and turned it to infinity, it still isn't in focus.
I'm using a k20D with back/front focusing untouched in debug mode.

Does your lens turn past infinity focus or does it not reach it at all? The former is ordinary with modern lenses, the latter is an issue.
