Has anybody ever had a problem with getting a "memory error" when inserting an SD card into an *ist ds or k100d? There are a couple on the auction site that are going for dirt cheap that have this malfunction.

Not me but I saw couple of posts regarding the memory card error (recently a K10D with memory error was for sale if I remembered correctly). If you search forum, you will certainly find a few posts.

I've had it happen a couple times. A format takes care of it (for me) but dirt cheap is still a waste of money if it's trash.
