Which is why the older standard polarizer can be used with older cameras. They're just metering the light coming in without doing any else like trying to focus as well with that polarized light.

Well, I guess if nothing else, that panorama is a great example of how different light angles effect a CPL filter!

So the next question then, is there a filter that would give me the same affect as down the center of that image, but across the whole panorama?
