pentax k-r focusing screen

how do i remove focusing screen for the K-R?

The focusing screen is removed the same way on all the Pentax models I've used (K100D, K200D and K-r). Here's insctructions how to do it (from focusingscreen.com). Just be careful not to scratch the screens and try to work in area where there's not too much dust flying around.
