K10D Rear LCD Problem

Hi All,
I was shooting the other day and only stopped when the battery died on me. Upon reaching home, I replaced the battery but my rear lcd won't work. Though I can take pictures, I can't review it like before. Anyone of you guys experienced the same thing? Any troubleshooting techniques I could try before sending for repair?

If you are talking about the instant review, make sure you have that mode turned on. You can test the LCD by pressing the [>] button as well.

it's not just the instant review, even if i press the menu button, there is no display in the rear lcd.

Bummer. I would try fully charged batteries next. Make sure you take the battery out of the camera and leave it out overnight. This does a major reset of the internal system. Charge up the batteries and try again. If it does not go, I am out of ideas.

What about taking the sd card out and then powering it up, turning it off, reinserting the card and then powering up again?
