Shutter selector issue

Hi guys, I have a strange issue, when I scroll with shutter speed selector button. My speeds "jump" ie: i'll be going from 1/50 to 1/4 and it will jump up to 1/60 while im going down. Any ideas on a fix for this its very annoying.

I have only a guess... check for dirt or lint in the selector wheel slot.
