New Pentax Kx user

I'm a new pentax user. I'm shooting videos and I wanted to know what is the best way to get the best quality from this camera. I shot a video that can be viewed at Out To Lunch With New Skool Spirit on Vimeo is this the best quality that I'll get? or is there something I can do to get better?

It would he if you explainedwhat you were looking to improve. I mean, it,s mostly about technique - choosing appropriate angle, setting up appropriate lighting. Tc - and not equipment or settings. Also be aware the uploading to a web site probably lsot quite a bit of resolution.
