Can not recreate..this

I processed this in PS CS5 and I can't for the life of me recreate it with other pics.. I'm going to admit I had a few drinks and I love the way this came out but I've tried for 2 hours to recreate the effect with no success.. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance..

It looks like you hit it with a couple of artistic filters, maybe accented edges and the plastic wrap filter in Photoshop.

I'd second the plastic wrap filter... maybe even an emboss?

just going to say you added a noise layer and them embossed it with a bit of plastic wrap and edge sharpening

Maybe the history of steps is preserved in your Photoshop working file?

yea..I've probably done about 30 other files since then in my attempt to recreate the pic... It's not there.. I'm still working on it.. The recommendations are getting me close though.

...maybe i was wrong about the emboss? it's been a while since i've played with those filters.

.....have you tried without the emboss and just the plastic wrap? does it produce similar results?

Every time I use the emboss feature it turns everything gray and I can't bring back the color.. I see that it wants the emboss but why in just gray?

Yeah, looks majorly like the plastic wrap effect to me... Not sure about anything else, though.
