pkTriggerCord and k-r shutting down

Hi all

Got a new k-r and had to try pkTriggerCord
Just a quick new question about pkTriggerCord and the k-r.
I used pkTriggerCord to take 5 images, all worked well.
Then the camera stopped - black screen, nothing would turn on. I had to remove the battery to make the camera power up again.
Is this some power saving setting? A issue thats easy to work around/fix or has a setting that needs to be changed?

Thanks very much

Sounds like that crashed the camera firmware. Pk_tether might work better, but it has the same fundamental problem: the interface is not documented nor officially supported, in short it is not supposed to work (if it does, great, but if not then nothing much can be done about it). The undocumented interface might have features for factory/service use which could render a camera unusable if misused, so I wouldn't be too keen using an unsupported piece of software that is prone to crash.
